BP: the future of offshore wind as part of sustainable energy ecosystem
Co-creating a vision and a road map for technology-driven innovation in offshore Wind over the next 15 years. I worked with a group of VPs of Digital Sciences and their teams as well as sustainability, wind energy, business, and technology experts. Outcomes: inspiring vision with a comprehensive set of propositions defining how it will work; capabilities, and management systems required. The road map to the future, including experiences and technology investment recommendations over the next 15 years.
Unilever — the Future of Consumer Engament
I led a strategic design project to co-create a vision and a road map for technology-driven innovation. I worked with a group of VPs of Digital Sciences and their team as well as sustainability, wind energy, business, and technology experts. We aligned on the current wind energy ecosystem, its challenges, and opportunities, in the context of future trends impacting energy. We co-created an inspiring vision looking 15 years ahead and translated it into a set of propositions, defining all capabilities and management systems required. We crafted the road map to this future, making technology investment recommendations over the next 15 years.
