About me

I love understanding and orchestrating every aspect of product and service experience, as well as aligning organisational structures, processes, incentives and ways of working that enable it.

I have worked in private and public sector, for agencies and directly for clients, on projects ranging from business transformation and cultural change in a global organisation to defining a new service proposition for a fast growing start-up.

Working in many different industries including finance, retail, telecoms, media, entertainment, art, publishing, education, recruitment, oil & gas, chemical, pharmaceutical as well as medical and social services gave me exposure to many types of organisational structures and ways of working. This experience gives me a well rounded perspective on product and service design, strategic and organisational design, and helps to choose approaches that work best in different contexts and environments.
